Several weeks prior to season 08 is on, team tech 3 principal speaks out about "our engine".
That things happens all the time.
An satellite team does not have access to techical resources at same time that an factory team does. I think he is say
our results will depend how fast "updated" spring valve operated engine version 08 are available to our riders´ requirements

looks like yamaha are doing the wise thing and hedging there bets by running the new pneumatic-valve engine and a new 08 spring valve engine. will be interesting to see how they both fair this season.

The yamaha boys work really hard, they manage to gain 0.5mph every year

Worst part is that Toseland will not get the good parts and end up in 8-10th overall get dropped at the end of the season and then we will be once again without a British Rider........

nahhhh.... he's got a 2 year contract. i would'nt worry about this season.

Nah, don't give up too soon!!!! Season hasn't started yt!! James will come good. Looking at the progress so far on the bike that he's got, it's been really good, and if he can get rid of that chatter, jobs a good un!

Toseland might be a great rider but its extremely hard to be at the front on a nearly yamaha.... even if your good.
