Good man Rog, I was away from the computer for a couple of hours but I wondered if anyone would make the link by the time I got back. I reckon that 1200 thing is a done deal. Now, what would you do if you were Francis Batta?

Wow...that would be extremely exciting! I've been wanting to see Spies get a MotoGP shot since he won Superbike last year, and seeing Max back in there will just provide for even more entertainment. I hope it goes through!

The Aspar Schwantz Suzuki proposal would give Spies and DeAngelis rides, not Max.. And i dont think Alstare and Francis have REAL intentions to head to GP (all threats to try and stop the switch to 1200s, too late now.)

Especially if Jorge Martinez gets the factory Zooks, theyre not going to be able to provide enough support for two customer teams, theyre only a small factory.. The Aspar team is pretty damn successful and they will be the ones in GP next year, if any.. Be interesting to see how they go when they dont have the BEST of the best bikes at their disposal also..
