We know Stoner does a lot of cycling to keep fit, is this bad for arm pump?

Rossi fans say its the tyres?
Wrong pressure in the tyres has caused Stoner problems in the past and the result was almost identical.
Have the new Bridgestones gone too far away from being rideable for standout riders ?
They might last but if they are causing chattering and wear out the rider, who cares if they last.
