If Spies had been born Spanish or Italian he would have been in MotoGP at least 3 seasons ago and would probably have a 125 and 250 WC by now as well as be a fully fledged "Alien". Wonder if Dani would have his lower class WC's because it would have been about the same time.

Unfortunately he was born Yankie so he had to wait till he was a WC before he was allowed in!

If Dani was born american they would have called him Jason De salvo, and he would have been well on his way to jockeying horses by now.

Would he be 100% and with no injuries before the Season starts as a jockey?

De Salvo would kick Dani's teeth in

the reason Spies wasnt on a 125 nor 250 is because in USA they only have the superbike struture with the AMA so theyre naturally encouraged into SBKs

and what makes you all so sure hes going to kick ... when he didnt in wildcard rides?

Ah yes, the wildcard rides. Three on a Suzuki with a best finish of 6th and one on a Yamaha with a 7th. The Suzuki regulars get all season and hardly manage a sixth. And beating out Dovi on his first weekend with an M1 is rather impressive. There aren't too many riders who can be instantly quick straight out of the box the way Spies has been.
