I'd be satisfied if he is the first ever WSBK and MotoGP world champion. Someone needs to bridge the gap b/c Americans have a much better chance at landing a ride in WSBK than they do clawing their way through the GP ranks.
dude........Doohan was 29 when he won his fist Champion ship, 34 on his last.
W. Rainey won his first Championship when he was 30 he would have had more than 3 if not for his crash. Lawson won his last two in his early 30s.
