WOW !!! Pedrosa doing 1000 sit-ups per day during pre-season and 700 sit-ups per day during the season, makes me wonder how much the other BIGGER riders do

. lol. Jokes apart I always wanted to know what kind of training the riders undergo for Motogp and this articles gives an insight into their training schedule. Thanks for sharing #46.
 
Nicky Hayden's trainer Aldon Baker has done a few interviews over the years on how he trains his riders and how you build up good training schedules. It's interesting stuff.

it's not hard to do a sit up when sitting up is only a few inches away

and push ups are easy when you only weigh the same as a pack of Rizla's. i bet puig helps dani do push ups

He gets underneath so Puig doesn't hurt himself by bashing his pelvis (for example) against the floor. Really good of Dani that is, big heart...
