All in all, the 2015 season is interesting so far (in my humble opinion).

d. Wondering why Hayden is still in MotoGP

According the BT Sport, Hayden keeps nursing the wrist he had an operation on last year.... so in short Nicky isnt ridding 100% either due to a real issue with his wrist or a psychological issue with his wrist....
Either way, Nicky's career is coming to an end....

Thanks for the feedback MigsAngel.

BTW,

I always ask anyone in/from Britain if they know where RedCar is (my wife has friends in that area and has been there for a vacation). Some day I hope to go to Britain for a vacation too (with her of course).

Regards to all my fellow MotoGP fans from over here in Canada

Well I have to say I have been a Nicky fan since his days in the AMA and I am horribly saddened by his demise in GP. He was never the most talented on track, but no one worked harder than that man. He has a title to show for all of that hard work. On that note I agree to an extent. Not that I don't think he belongs in GP, but that he shouldn't be on that piece of .... bike. He will never finish higher than 10th or 11th unless something drastic happens at the front. I would rather see him in a different series making some noise. If I were making the money he does in GP I would stick around also tho.

I am presently surprised with Ducati and Suzuki. I thought it would be a few seasons for both to work out their bug and glitches with the new bikes. I was never much of a believer of Alexi, but seeing the work he's done is impressive.

Was going to try to take this serious. But when you picked on Nicky who's at the very least won a championship without mentioning all the other grid fillers who will never podium (and even pay for their rides) I decided...

I'm still waiting the return of Lorenzo.

Maybe today?

Very good start for Ducati and Suzuki.

Enjoying also the young Quartararo in moto3

Lavi, perhaps David's question was a bit wrongly worded.....but it is a legitimate discussion point about what is going on with Nicky's performance, and his health....

Surely you are not so much of fanboy that you believe Nicky can still ride at the top level for many more years to come....?

I think Nicky is terminally injured and should retire. I think he should have taken Duacti's offer years ago and gone to SBK. That being said, look at the names in GP. How many of them have absolutely no chance of competing? There's a slew of guys who have never podium'd and never will. If you ask Nicky if he belongs in GP as a former Champion he only needs to mention Hector, Kerel, DeAngelis, or Melandri and the discussion is rightly over. There are reasons why (Nationality) some are allowed or invited early (Miller) to compete in GP. As a global motorcycle championship, I needs a global field. Hernandez rode around at the back of the field for years while Dorna courted races in South America. Surely you understand this.

I'm a fanboy of nobody in GP. I truly have no favorite. I pick a favorite each season and I'm often cheering for different riders on different weekends. I've always been that way.

PS. This weekend Nicky beat both of the guys riding the same equipment. If I were him and was asked about wether or not I can compete I'd point to the Miller/Laverty pit box and tell you to ask those guys what my exhaust smells like then stroll away...

>>But when you picked on Nicky<<

Who's picking on him, I am just presenting an opinion.

>>I think Nicky is terminally injured and should retire<<

Then you turn around and appear to agree.

Geez, make up your mind, and open your mind to others.

>>Was going to try to take this serious<<

I am going to have to read more of your posts in the future to decide if I should take YOU seriously.

How's that ?

Cheers Levi, that had me crying tears of laughter. I haven't laughed that hard in weeks!

It really was supposed to be funny but it's crazy how this place has changed. A coupe years ago my post would have been lost in the chaos and nobody would have been offended. But, this is the new PS and it's all different. Glad you liked it, I have 100's of those goofy gifs, they're brilliant.

Perhaps you would be more comfortable joining a comedic forum, I think you'd fit right in.
David, as a fellow Canuck I expect better from you. Are you such a narcissistic 'tard that you think your massive one month of membership qualifies you to be the forum nanny? Do your 17 posts help you understand the 9 year culture of this forum? STFU son - ya don't walk into some else's local and piss in their beer the first night!

I loved it!! Bikers and biker fans are always crazy and make me laugh, it's why I love these forums so much. Keep 'em comin!

Not to scare off a new member, but I was thinking the same...

He's in MotoGP because he can still fly around the world, hang out with beautiful chicks, ride the most powerful bikes in the world and be treated better than anyone in superbike. I'd stay there as long as I had an offer as well. Give him Cals bike and I'd love to see what he can do. Probably 6/7/8

Mick D, you take yourself too seriously.

I sure hope that all the people frequently this site are not tards like you.

Anyways, I'm outa here, .........

To all the "serious" MotoGP fans that frequent this site, I wish you well.

Bye Bye !

10-4

David, there is no need to leave....this place treat pretty much everyone the same way...whether you have 15 posts or 10000 doesn't matter... people still get jumped on for their views...just roll with the punches and have a laugh along the way while we discuss MotoGP.....and all its grid fillers....
