Silverstone booking website

With all the money they make, one would have thought they would hire a proper e-commerce professional to construct there ticketing system on their website, its just so disj



it taking me well over 30minutes to book a freakin ticket, the experience of booking through their site leaves , I have just given up: complete joke.

Going back & forth on the booking site, no back button, country not displayed when address is shown, I am booking from From France so I expect to see France after my address, in the end I had to go back , edit it and put france together with Postcode.





who wrote the web app for them? A new college graduate?



Sometimes there whole database fall over as shown below: notice the absurd support desk telephone number at the bottom.

I just tried again, using my new credit card==> result, card refused please contact bla bla ...., I used the same card to book ASSEN , vuala! everything tool 5 minutes to book, no problem. Looks like I'll be going to Assen, and not silverstone. even-though I intended on going to both, till today. Why has silverstone decided to separate their booking system from motogp anyway. they've just created a mess & will continue to loose customers.
