The fastest test times are what everyone gets very excited about but the teams have some serious testing programs to follow that don't focus on that aspect so much.
Iannone did a 1:59.4 on day 2 when the track wasn't in the best shape.... I'll wait and see what happens come Round 1, teams still have loads to sort out.

I gotta say, as a fan of Suzuki I am excited about the potential of what Iannone can do on it. The Suzuki looks more leaner and agile than the Ducati which might be misleading in actuality, but the differences, whatever they may be, could result in some surprising results. Bring on Qatar already!

I hope so, he looked pretty strong at the Sepang test on day 2, his time was about the same as MV's best time on day 3 but on a track not as good as it was on day 3 so I think the bike is right up there with the others.
Would love to see Iannone do well on the Suzuki, I think of all the bikes on the grid the Suzuki will best compliment his style of entering corners like a maniac.
