In all honesty these are the markets MGP should be concentrating on as the growth potential in these areas is huge....

Edwards done good!

Rossi showed some improvement and he looked to be pushing so cudos to him....first time I can recall this year he is less than a second off the leaders.

But Nicky did better on the old POS.....go figure.

Its going to be a boring processional race so I would recommend those with ADD not bother watching

Amen, Brutha!

Not to excuse the Epic Dumbassedness of Yam, and no disrespect to Tex, but he's not usually so far up the list. Maybe they brought the factory goodies to him?

If, OTOH, Edwards is doing this on a stock T3 bike, Mr. ....... better be reaching for his ceremonial sword....

I simply can't see Burgess working with Stoner, or more pointedly Stoner wanting to work with Burgess.

Stoner has a team around him with whom he has great rapport and bought from Ducati (mostly) and he is comfortable. Burgess has been critical of Stoner on a few occasions and as we know, one thing Stoner does not do is forgive and he certainly does not and will not forget.

I think it is Kropotkin who has greatly hinted that there is more chance that Doohan will make a comeback then there is of Burgess working with Stoner.

But I do get the feeling that Burgess is totally unhappy and does not want to be either where he is or in the position and for that reason I can see him moving on, but likely retiring to the hills

From the Edwards on a Suter/BMW thread:

"At the beginning I just said we’d run a Yamaha engine and a Tech 3 chassis because that was my way of putting some pressure on some guys and they obviously didn’t give a .... what I thought because they said no. I got a couple of guys against me on the European side at Yamaha, but at the end of the day it will be BMW/Suter"; You gotta love Edwards. Does this mean his lifelong relationship with Yamaha is strained.

"And Yamaha U.S., especially, have been golden; they've been so unbelievably overboard. I don't know if that's the right word to accommodate any situation that might arise. The comments I made were obviously directed not at YME but two particular entities that are at YME. And I don't think either one of them would empty their bladder on me if I was on fire. So those are the two - whatever comments you heard - there's two there and they know who they are. So I don't really need to name names or do that, but they know who they are."

Somehow I don't think Collie is gettin' any "good bits"...

Epic fail by Factory teams over the years with stand in riders etc Yam suck Donkey balls

tomorrow no factory rider again or any one decent to fill in

T.Moody tweeted

No works Yamaha riders tomorrow. Spies just pulled out. If ever it's time for stand in riders to be at track like F1, it's been this year.

So Pidg. ....... is there anything at all thats even remotely ok with MGP ?

I saw a fun activity the other day you might enjoy. You do about 30 minutes of arc welding without a darkened shield ........ such fun!! its like pouring dry sand into your eyeballs ..... You'd love it.

Why didn't people even slightly take into consideration that the Duk has been sucking since....ever. And now it's the biggest POS ever.....

Well no, the main rider is a POS. Nicky is cool, at least he's a fighter and goes for it from the get go, too bad results don't quite show up.

Nicky should start getting some silver spoon before it's too late. gotta give him an opportunity to get something done at duk since Rossi can't get his .... together.

End rant.

Rossi kissing the floor and Stoner kissing the pole....hope it stays like this....

09:00 minutes to go.

Why are you so obsessed with Rossi? I would really love to hear what is your problem. Are you happy when he falls? I just dont get this kind of state of mind. Its like the sucide bombers, just cant get that either.

He obviously has nothing between his ears when he's happy to see a rider fall off. You waste time speaking or quoting people like that. They know not what they say.

must change my name to bigtyellow46 now the legend is on twitter.

With the rain expected tomorrow, it could be a interesting race.

If it rains I dont see Dani or Dovi staying with Casey. Would be great for Ducati, and Nicky is close enough to the front to get away cleanly. Usually i would say Rossi can hang with Stoner in the wet, but he would have to prove it after the last two races. I'd take a good result for Ducati in general.

Why? You'd just be setting yourself up for future disappointment.

Was it 08 or 09 that the race at Sepang was wet and after the first lap CS had a 7-8 second lead....

Don't see anyone offering CS a challenge in the wet!
