If Pedrosa doesn't get in front he has a hell of a time. The new surface will be the big thing this year. Heat and humidity and sharp clean pavement. I wonder if anyone will finish with tire left.

Can't really predict the race until a couple of practices are done but I'm not going to bet against Stoner being on the podium. I want a Suzuki there of course and let's have Edwards third or second and then we'll get to watch Rossi walk into his garage all pissed again. That's always funny. "Make me a V4 over the winter or I quit!" he says stomping off to the trailer. Ya....
 
Just realised there is one more thing that us Stoner fans can "urge" for for him ....

how is the BMW M award calculated? is it just the lowest combined fastest lap time in each practice session?

or all laps combined even counting super slow laps like the "out" lap ???

best qualifyer of the season. best combined times.

He's never been to Sepang, never ridden a GP bike and had to 'overcome' his 'fear of flying' to get there.. How the heck does a professional motorcycle racer have a fear of anything?

Actually he has tested with his AMA bike at Sepang but I think that wont mean much on a gp bike anyways.
