Season opener?

Does anyone know when the usual Motogp season opener is? I think it's called the BMW M Award and usually held in Spain (Jerez I think) a couple of weeks proir to the 1st round, you know the qualifying session where the winner gets a BMW prize? It's usually televised on Eurosport. I've tried looking on Eurosport and Motogp websites, I've Googled it. I can find plenty info about previous years, but nothing about the 2011 one? Please say it isn't another victim of the dreaded "money saving" cutbacks!! I used to really enjoy this as a season opener. Does anyone have any info about it?

They don't do that anymore to save money. Toby Moody tweeted it at some point this winter

Are they still doing the BMW M award for the overall best qualifier for the season.Last year Lorenzo won it.
