I don't know what exactly happened. Only thing I read was that Scott might have to leave the team. It's kind of sad really, the whole situation, why couldn't they just talk about it in a normal way, no need to attack someone (if that happened of course).

If he won't drive for Toro Rossi anymore, I'll feel sorry for him, but I don't think I would really miss him. Didn't think he added something in F1 (IMO), but then again, it's hard to judge, cause he didn't exactly have a great car.

Let's wait and see what will happen.

Lets face it, he only stayed on the skin of his teeth this year. The whisper is that Nicholas Todt is going to buy Mateschitz stake in STR, and the team will become ART, with Sebastien Bourdais and possibly Sebastien Vettel as drivers. Where Liuzzi fits in is yet to be seen.

I am willing to say that F1 has nothing to gain from him being involved, so i wouldn't be at all bothered if he left.

And runmors have him coming to the Champ Car World Series very quickly also. Maybe as a replacement for a current injured driver.

he will not be missed.

Liuzzi has outperformed him and i would hardly say that he is doing a particularly good job.

Yeah, to be honest I never really notice him..maybe I'm too focused on Hamilton and Raikkonen

probably...

he does get quite a lot of tv time for a backmarker though - usually when he has crashed.

I'm surprised it took so long. He's been terribly mediocore and you know you are crap when Luizzi outscores and outperforms you LOL.

It will give Vettel a chance at a stable drive, which is good, because he has proven he has talent and can handle pressure.

One of the latest rumors is Bourdais to Nascar since Newman Hass just bought into Robert Yates Racing.Said he has talked to Montoya and Montoya said Nascar was a blast.

No disrespect to NASCAR, but IMO Bourdais belongs in F1. He's shown enough potential to be competitive with the right equipment.

Thats just it though. The right equipment. Nobody except BMW, Ferrari, Mclaren and Renault have the right equipment. On a standard day, the top 8 will be from those teams, Ferrari/Mclaren occupying the top four, BMW and Renault the bottom four.
Its like when Spyker said they got rid of Albers for not being good enough, but kept Sutil. From what I've seen, they're both not much better than backmarkers, so it doesn't matter who's in that car, they won't finish in the points. Ditto Liuzzi and Speed, they're both not good enough, but we won't know for sure until they get one of the four aforementioned cars, because none of the others are even on the same level competitively (with the possible exception of RBR on a good day)

He's never going to get a competitive car unless he gives it a go in a smaller team. It's a gamble, but if he can show some potential and get noticed by the bigger teams, he might get a seat at the top. You never know unless you try.

True, not everyones given the kind of chance at the start that Hamilton or Massa got, but it is very difficult to impress if you're not in one of the top cars. A Champ Car or DTM Champion is always going to look more impressive than a Formula 1 13th placed man.

He said no thank you to it. He was approached by the Nascar team, but said no before the nascar guys could even finish.
