Seems Biaggi is following in Rossi's footsteps inflicting maledictions on fellow riders.
Not that I can seriously consider Schumi as such somehow.
But it seems to me this is a ridiculous series of 'Anything you do I can do better'. While Schumi strives to prove he's the next geriatric to contend with on 2 wheels (Hey..if Vale can put in a decent time on a Ferrari, then Schumi wants to be no less on a bike), Biaggi, thinking along the same lines, decided to try his hand at 'The Curse'.
Only a few days ago in the Italian media, Biaggi said in an interview that if Schumi wanted to break his head he was welcome to (actually what he said was 'break his horns'
) and sure enough, Schumi went down during testing a few days later. Methinks Vale had better start wearing a clove of garlic and a crucifix. Now that it's worked on a lesser man I'm sure Biaggi will turn his attention to his arch-nemesis and try a hex or two.
Here's the links...don't have time to translate..sorry.
