I thought this had been tried before - it was called Donington Ventures. I shouldn't laugh - there are people after Simon Gillett's head - which should be impaled on a pike and planted on the Melbourne Loop as a warning to other would-be 'entrepreneurs' that screw with peoples livelihoods. There are a lot of business around here that have relied on Donington Park as a staple contract every year, that not only haven't been paid for their services but also have seen their incomes for this year evaporate despite the illustrious promises. First Brands loses WSBK due to corporate greed, and now Donington down the toilet due to corporate ineptitude.
