If true, this might add another giggle to an already ROFLMAOized Silly Season.

Does this mean No Honda for Pedrobot!?

Will ANY team allow 'Rasputin' (AKA 'Satan,' AKA 'That flaming .......,' etc..) on their team? The guy has a proven talent for generating universal, bi-lateral antipathy where ever he goes.

Pedrosa to WSB!!??

Couldn't happen to a nicer guy- Pedrosa or Puig.

This is getting better by the day.

But would any top WSB team want Puig?

And if Dani doesn't sign with HRC, who'll take his place?? Aoyama and Simoncelli can't because of the rookie rule, and I can't see the likes of DePuniet or DeAngelis getting it. All I can think of is Melandri.

It's forced Pedrosa's hand, Honda don't want Puig and Yamaha don't either. Push comes to shove Pedro will back down and sign a new deal with HRC without Puig.

Totally agree Austin.

But can we start a Stoner to HRC rumour just for the fun of it.

Yea. If Honda can keep a poker face, Pedro will have to fold and jettison the toxic waste.

I only hope they don't wimp out and allow some sort of 'compromise' that will allow the creep to keep creeping about in the background. Someone like Puig need to be completely banished; anything less and he'll inevitably come crawling back to life like a half dead roach.

I know that HRC want to sign both Pedrosa and Dovi to two-year deals but I think the smart money would sign one of them to a one-year deal and keep a seat available for Stoner in 2011. I would hope the Stoner to Repsol Honda rumors start in June of next year.

It depends on how you read the various statements as to whether they do want to sign the two guys.

I have read many reports that indicated taht the statement made by Suzuki (?) was a surprise to all concerned, teams and riders and was somewhat out of the blue. Could it have been more of a 'holding pattern' type of statement?

But yes, fully agree sign one to a multi year and one to a single year would make good sense, but which?

Ah, silly season.

Or how about a 'Hayden back to Repsol Honda' rumour???

Who wants to bet me 10 bucks that HRC will cave? Puig is Satan, the master of deception. He will bamboozle them once again. Here in the States we just signed a convicted puppy killer to the Eagles football team after jail time and actual admission that he electricuted dog (no bs). We are no where near as crazy fanatics as the Spanish are about GP. Repsol will force their hand and make yet again--another deal with the Devil.
