Pretty sad news due to KTM parting their ways with Kenny Roberts..

It has been anounced that Proton KR have pulled out of the next 5 MotoGP meetings due to cash flow problems, hence unable to finace their trips to Japan, Australia..etc .

The only venue left is Valencia where they hope to show.

It also means we will not be seeing any more of Shakey for a while..

Lets hope some big sponser or manufacturer dips their hands in their pockets and help revive this team.
 
Hopefully they should be more competitive next year then, i just hope a decent team in GP or WSB snap up shakey soon...

He'll go somewhere competitive, he's a good rider not to mention a fan favorite. If BB can repeatedly get good rides after mediocre seasons than Shakey should be a shoe in.
 
i think byrne will be in gps next season. suzuki perhaps. maybe 1 of the yamahas. perhaps even a honda. there are going to be a few open seats methinks.
 
Well if shakey doesnt get a ride in gp, which is obviously what he wants, then i hope he goes to WSB as it would be a new challenge for him to win that and i think he could do it too.
