I think next year will be back to the moto gp we love, close exciting races, so its very difficult to read what will happen but I think the top 5 will be as follows:

1) Pedrosa
I feel its pedrosa's time next year, the bike looks good, the 2007 bike looked good come to think of it at the end of last season, theres alot of development to come but I just think HRC will ensure the bike is bike on top this year, plus I saw a different side of dani last year, an agression which has been missing in his time in moto gp. the factor which could decide if dani is right there though is michelin, they have to up there game and personally I think they will.

2) Stoner
Can't over look casey, not at all, this kid is brilliant and will push right to the finish but just think dani will edge him on this occasion.

3) Rossi
I actually think valentino is still the best rider, but I do not see that yamaha getting anywhere near the standard that the Honda and the Duc will be at next year, Even taking this into account I think theres only dani and casey who can finish above him.

4) Hayden

5) Melandri

thoughts?

i think it will end up like

1=Rossi
2=stoner
3=Pedrosa
4=melandri
5=edwards

only what i am thinking from everything i have seen and heard but you never know its all down on how well people set up their new bikes!!

but also we have not heard much about caparossi lately he seems to be keeping him self very quite

I go

Dani
Stoner
Rossi
Nicky
.......................I don't know about 5th because its a tough one. It could be either Suzuki, Melandri, Lorenzo or DePuniet imo

1. Pedrosa or Stoner ....... not sure yet.
3. Rossi or Lorenzo ......... not sure yet
5. Rossi, Hayden or Lorenzo ......... not sure yet.

But if I have to have a stab at it .....

1. Pedrosa
2. Stoner
3. Lorenzo
4. Hayden
5. Rossi

Hummm, that is one tough question! I think I will wait to see what happens to the times after all 08´s are released. Right now any opinion would just be based on what my heart tells me................

Okay I can´t help it! But I reserve the right to correct my prediction when the tests restart!

1 - Rossi (he just wants it more I think)
2 - Pedrosa (he too wants it...just not as bad)
3 - Stoner (is gonna want it too much)
4 - Hayden (wants it but is willing to wait a bit)
5 - Dovi (just cause it would be soo cool....and of course he wants it)

i think the championship will be between rossi stoner and pedrosa

i predict:
1.stoner
2.rossi
3.pedrosa
4.hayden
5.lorenzo

Too early really to get a good idea about form, but I'd go with:

1. Nicky
2. Rossi
3. Stoner
4. Vermeulen
5. Randy

It could be Honda's and Pedrosa's year but the two Honda factory riders are going to fight each other, both in development and in race. Hayden will suffer from this conflict more than Pedro.

Stoner will not have everythinbng perfect again.
Melandri is not going to be among the fastest on the wild Ducati.
Yamaha will be capable to make a good engine after all...!
Rossi does not need more than that.

Lorenzo will be the best rookie.
Michelin will win most pole positions but lose more than half of the races.
Suzuki and Kawasaki are not yet really ready to win a title.

So...

1. Rossi
2. Stoner
3. Pedrosa
4. Hayden
5. Lorenzo

Then who knows... wheels are round...

1. Pedrosa (don't like it)
2. Stoner
3. Rossi
4 or 5. Vermeulen
4 or 5. Melandri

I really hope this year goes to either Vermuelen or Melandri, I just don't think its all that probable. Edwards winning would be bad ... too.

1- Stoner - Much closer this time but can still repeat
2- Rossi - 2nd not because of rider but more because of bike.
3- Pedrosa - will be closer again but needs to be stronger under brakes.
4- Lorenzo - best rookie for the year.
5- Elias - I think the Ducati will suit his style.

Reserve judgment on Marco's season for the moment.

1. Rossi
2. Stoner
3. Pedrosa
4. Lorenzo
5. Hayden

Assuming Bridgestone rock the field again next year and the onyl reason Stoner had those wide winning margins was because Ducati had their bike ready out the gate, and Rossi wasn't on the stones
<

If Stoner beats Rossi again by 20secs, i will have to take some kind of challenge/dare

Between Rossi, Stoner, Pedrosa, Hopkins and CV.
In reality thought the top 3 I think will be Rossi, Stoner and Pedrosa but no idea which order.
Top 3 I would like to see-
CV
Stoner
West. Am I biased?

I think hayden has at least as much chance as hopper and cv.

1st stoner

2nd pedrosa

3rd hayden

4th rossi

5th randy

6th hopper

7th vermuelen

8th melandri

2008 will be the year that

a) Stoner proves he is the best rider in the paddock (again)
B ) bridgestone isnt better than the michelin
c) ducati is not the best bike
d) the year rossi will retire

Stoner (by a much smaller margin)
Rossi
Pedrosa
Melandri
Vermeulen

I'm surprised at the "faith" some of you have in Lorenzo but agree he's likely to be the best rookie.
