yes. its simple. we have 2 wasy:
1) you upload a pic on imageshack or some sort of website like that. you right-click on that pic, you type (insert link, remove spaces) [/ img] and it will show
2) you hit reply, you scroll a bit down, you browse in your comp, select the one you want to post. hit upload [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif then you can insert it to your post OR do nothing and it will show up below your post.

If you upload to Photobucket it gives you 4 codes under the pics, just copy/paste the IMG code at the bottom.
Plus you can post pretty much any pic you find online without uploading it anywhere - just copy the image location and paste that between the tags.
