I doubt that, especially with Rossi qualifying just one position down on Pedrosa. This will be another Rossi runaway victory, cuz we all know once Dani gets pass he won't be able to fight back. Should be interesting to see Jorge Lorentho take it to Rossi, but other than that.... I don't see much else happening in the front. Not sure what kind of weather is expected in the race....that could change everything though.

what rossi shows in fp has .... to do with what he can do in the race he can push it if he needs to like always if everything is ok.....
but i agree with you on 1 thing and that is if stoners hand holds out he may be in with a chance but its a big IF, i think he can get close to the front anyway when it kicks off

Going into turn 1 Stoner will be in 3rd I think. Pedrosa will have a big lead followed Hayden. Lorenzo and Rossi have average starts. Just depends how long it takes them to pass and how much a lead Dani has by then.
Stoner has learned the hard way (Laguna) that 'faster pace' in practice does not mean an automatic victory. Especially starting from third row. That does not mean he can not win tomorrow--he does have that potential, he is quite capable. But being too sure of winning has been his weakness this year and his bitter delusion. I'm sure he's wiser now... unlike Pinky27

The race is going to be on at 2am here. I'm trying to decide whether to stay up and watch and sleep till noon tomorrow or just get up and watch it tomorrow.
