<div align="centerHere are the moves so far, for next season, discuss what you think of these moves
<

Jorge Lorenzo - Fiat Yamaha
Sylvain Guintoli - D'antin Ducati
Marco Melandri - Marlboro Ducati
Colin Edwards - Tech 3 Yamaha
James Toseland - Tech 3 Yamaha
Loris Capirossi - Rizla Suzuki
John Hopkins - Kawasaki
Alex de Angelis - Ducati or Honda (Pending)
Carlos Checa - Ducati (Test Bike)
Ben Spies - Rizla Suzuki

Those are the ones I've heard so far anyway

I heard that spies wouldn't be coming over til next year as suzuki dont want to run a third bike for 2008. he'll be in the jorge martinez/ kevin schwantz squad rumoured to be racing in 2009.

out of all the other moves, none of them are gonna set the world on fire except melandri. I reckon he's a better rider than Stoner, he has more experience and he's a former 250 champ. i reckon he'll regularly beat casey next year if he doesn't pick up an injury like he usually does.

Dovi will be in premier class next year. Apparenlty with his same team plus some other team they're trying to reach an agreement with. Sorry, wasn't listening too closely.

And I think de angelis on the gresini team?
I'm not sure about this one.
It was Florenzano (head of honda in europe) talking, and Gresini himself.

I agree, I think Melandri's going to be a serious contender for the title next season, he has that miz of experience and talent, but also he is injury prone, but we'll see

i reckon marco will be world champ next year if he stays fit, rossi to finish second again. I reckon casey might turn into a crasher again once next season begins, dunno if he can stand the pressure of being reigning champ and having a team mate who can regularly beat him. but time will tell.

yeah I agree with you about Casey hitting the gravel alot next year, however I reckon that Rossi will win the title next year or Pedrosa, then Melandri, the Stoner

u reckon Rossi or pedrosa? um Rossi yea, but I can't see Dani ever winning a title in the top class, he does'nt like being duffed up

Yeah, i think Dani has the potential, he can aim high and reach high, figaretavely

He can't literally, the small man

No he definately has

It's on the motogp website

but I think Toselands got 1st seat

not too sure though

i hope dovi & deangelis are defo for next season! seems to me that dovi would end up on the gresini team. unless of course he moves with his current team. he is an hrc rider.

If this year is any guide I think he will handle the pressure. A couple of pointers this year;

1) Youngest rider in the field at 21
2) 4th choice for the ducati ride this year
3) being paid peanuts and on a one year contract (ie show us what you got)
4) gets married to an 18 year old
5) panned by many last year as a crasher

The end result;

1) decimates the opposition to date (in a league of his own)
2) Rarely crashes
3) secures a two year contract extension and upgrade
4) well respected and liked by his teammate ... loved by his team!
5) Likely world champion!

Seems the kid know how to handle the pressure to me!

Hopefully Ducati won't fck up like they did in building the 04 bike (with the 08 bike)! They should have learnt their lessons on that one.

I reckon all the pressure is on Marco (for many reasons)!
