Just watched the 1st SBK Nitro Nori is back, I'm so happy. Good ride for second pushed Coser all the way. Superb looked like the Nori of old.

Have to stay up into the weee small hours to watch second race, might just get interested in superbikes again.

Pity Nori didn't get a decent bike in MotoGP

Perhaps I might set the video I'm off to bed

Yup I agree Nori was in superb shape...

Superb second race, Nori back to his old fearless form, leaning on corser superb.
he put enough pressure on corser for him to stuff it on the last lap

I'm a happy lad

not to gloat, but when i saw Nori had 6th in superpole i called him for the double. 1 and 2 is nearly as good though lol.

If he can superpole at 22nd and be 8th after 1 lap, from 6th he had every shot at the win, especially at a track he is known to do well at.

Actually I though Corser was just waiting to do him on the last few laps but when it came down to it he stuffed it bigtime.

Hope Yam have the bike sorted now and can challenge consistantly

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can someone send me a DVD of this??!!

I cant beleive i missed this one with Nori taking 1st and second, mind you i blame Channel 4 for putting it on so late.

If anyone has enough spare time(and a blank DVD.... AND eurosport) and are feeling very generous and sympathetic and is willing to send it me in the post, i would be eternally gratefull.

What a race. Nori leaning on Troy was something surreal. The last lap had a bit of a Rossi feel to it, didn't it? Looked as though Corser had poor Nori all lined up only to stuff himself and give Nori the win. Cracking stuff, too bad for my boy BB. At least he's going in the right direction.

I'll do a DVD for ya I got all the second race but I didn't vid the 1st but I got 1/2 hour highlights of that , I'm keeping an eye out hope they do a full repeat in next couple of days

Send me a PM with ya details I'll shaout ya the postage seen as youre a Nori fan

I will have to repay you somehow, maybe i could find a way of recording a VHS tape onto DVD for you. Its a bit old but it should still work. Its got WSB 2000 stuff on, Donnington race2, Monza, Hockenheim(remember race 2?- kamikazi last lap move from Nori), Laguna Seca(the 'Haga' line down the corkscrew), Assen(that titanic battle between Nori & Bayliss!)
Not full races mind you as BBC didnt do full races back then, but its got the good bits on!

I will PM you with my details,

Deal mate I'd love to have that stuff what ever you got I'd die for that 2000 stuff remeber it all well, either on DVD or vid, I've got a combined vid/DVD play that I can dub one to the other.

I was hoping tonight to get the full reply of 1st race but they put bloody tennis on instead they go scheduled for thursday hope they put full race on then

Nori at Assen, absolutly superb the guy is fearless, I really enjoyed those 2 races.

Pity he didn't get a better MotoGP ride
