Yes, the 81 and 82 championships were won on Suzukis after the factory had officially left.

Shinya...it took a bloody long while, but you finally did it and at last managed a decent post, and actually think what the rest of us know. Well done

In Shinya's defense, I was a fan of the grocery store musical post.

Johnny and Jazkat, i have that nick name because as a young drunk teenager i decided that tattooing a set of "Y" front on my knee with indian ink was a good idea!!!. Yes i know very silly but there you go. And as you should know Y fronts are affectionatly know as "creamy rimmers"

thankyou

Thanks for the info Tom

They were the only ones that sprung to mind. Although some people would claim Rossi in 2001 or Lawson in 89, but i think thats debatable

What is a Y Front?

2001 rossi on the Nastro Azzurro Honda. factory spec bike more than likely sat team.

Well even Lorenzo and Pedrosa complain being at Factory Teams. Lorenzo stated this year that he did not get the same parts as Rossi did. And Pedrosa complained that he had to try new parts as a #1 rider, leaving that task to Hayden in 2006.

So my bet is that any Team that is 'Not' the Official Factory Team, as is Elias' this year, would be a 'Satellite' Team! Therefore Nastro Azurro would be a Satellite. Or else if Elias had won this year, the ones that do not recognize that, would be stating that Elias would have won on a 'Factory' Team?

I’ll try to rephrase it… Would Elias have won in a ‘Factory’ Team this year if it had happened?

Unflattering underwear usually sported by 60+ males and purveyed by such staid UK retail outlets as Marks and Spencer and British Home Stores
pants

For another obscure English curiosity, also take a look at 'y-aye-man' a popular salutation in Baldy's neck of the woods

Cool....except how about why "creamy rimmers" are synonymous with "y-fronts"? You don't have to waste your time Arrabb to answer, but I do enjoy "english curiosities". Thanks for the links.
Cheers.

Okay, Got it now....for those of you fascinated with this line of questioning, here's the results of my research.

Creamy Rim
1. A physical state of being or condition when a person's anus needs to be randomly wiped free from a slippery debris, usually consisting of a fecal and sweat amalgamation.

The casanova stopped right where he was walking on the hot steamy pavement. He was deep in though. He scratched his temple and adjusted the seat of his designer jeans. “Oh man, I have creamy rim! I need to find a place to wipe myself, right now!”

syn: swamp ..., gig butt, duck butter, filth, crotch rot
