The second part of the vid reminds me of my daily commute for 4 years in the late 90s/early 00s... except my second rise/dip had a much sharper drop-off with a surprisingly forgiving run-out.
My daily commute took me from a rural village 60 clicks to downtown Toronto... the first 20 kms a hilly, twisty, Canadian Shield joy - the last 40 a high-speed super-highway (obviously the reverse home).
The drop/rise made for my final shucking of work-related stress and after years of practice I could explode a 20' (six meter) jump with the front wheel at about 60 degrees and land on the back wheel and ride the wheelie for about another 40'. Ideal "ramp-speed" was about 100 (160kms) - any faster and I'd have flat-bottomed landing issues!!
Hmmm, I miss familiar roads... I used to get at least 10' (3 meters) of air in my 626 turbo on the same stretch of road... good times... good memories...
