New American Track for MGP / WSBK?

I did not know of this track in Tennessee. Coming home from Texas I got to talking with a nice guy drenched in Ducati garb and he told me about it. He said one of the financiers behind the project is a big-wig with FIM so maybe a new destination for MotoGP and / or WSBK? You guys probably already knew of this but I did not so I thought I'd post it.

Yeah, they had a "ground breaking" ceremony late last year, and started releasing press. Not much has been reported since then. Hopefully, everything will work out, and all phases will be built. It would be great to have more quality motorcycle racing venues in the United States.
