Need some 1976 SUZUKI RG500 Pics. I have found some Pics on web. But I can't find out the detail pic to know inside of the moto. I wish somebody can help me to know the detail structures inside and the accuracy wire connect。
You should ask me, why I need to know the structure of RG500, it is a old style. Because I am building a Revell 1/12 RG500 Moto. I feel the engine of RG500 is pretty beautiful. I wish to finish the model add more details. I wish to know how it work.
Wish you can help me!

Welcome. For technical information, there are some very knowledgeable people on here, who really know their nuts and bolts. Use Personal Messenger to contact Chopperman for Starters. Two of mine:

maybe this will help. I build 1/72 aircraft models. you can use black thread to simulate spark plug wires. and heated streched out tree sprue to make hoses. antena's etc.

Thanks all of you!
I am a starter. Maybe some question you can give me direction.
See the Pics.
1. I want to know the No 1 green pipe function. How to connect ? I think is a Crankcase ventilation。2. No 2 black cable, I think it is a Throttle. How to connect with the control handle.
3. No 3 Instrumentation, what is the function?
4. No 4 Spark Ignition。How to connect? Should it connect with No 5 Generators electric cable? In 1976, I think there are no electronic control unit(ECU), how to control the spark to generate plused arc to burn the oil? I think maybe there have a Transmission from Crankcase.
5. No 5 generators cable how to connect?
6. What is the sequence of 4 Cylinders?
7. You can see the first pic of the topic. You can see the rear suspension, seems it is different with model.

My 1/12 RG500 project is running. The revell model is not accurate. So will take a long time to finish. I don't know can I add model pic on this forum. But when I finished, I give a link of the pics. I need you to correct the mistakes of the model.

Everyone have a good weekend!
