I think, that where you finish in race 1 should determine where you start in race 2.

Or perhaps, superpole sets the pole in one race and free practice or equivalent results sets the other race. One bad lap can ruin two whole races.

Thats the whole point!
 
Maybe that is the point of superpole but I'd rather a race was lost because of missed apex on the last corner of a race than on a Saturday in qualifying.

Anyway, superpole is dull - Vale chucks in a bad lap, he gets another go. He puts in a good one and Casey responds, then Dani does a get one and Vale responds yet again. You just don't get that excitment in superpole.

However, the racing in WSBK has been top quality this year.
