motogp fan take on my f1 dissertation

F1 has done a terrible job marketing roadracing in america. Figure that out! They also don't get fans involved enough. Drivers often act like if they drive the car well, they've done their job. Teams and drivers need to show how/why F1 is relevant and entertaining. Grass roots FTW!

In MotoGP
The whole notion of displacement restrictions is backward looking and expensive. Top speed and weight restrictions would allow for a more profitable free flowing and competitive environment.

The single tire rule and rim specs are good, but should be open to bidding every 3 years.

Also, MotoGP needs more races that it promotes with local governments. 1 or 2 more in the US, bring in Brazil, add a Monaco style street course, Hong Kong, St Petersberg or Moscow, etc.

They also need to promote racing and trackdays through dealers an manufacturers. Like you get a free MotoGP ticket when you do a trackday or buy a bike.

More varied sponsorship, like start/finish like logos etc would be good too.

It just became obvious to me that I haven't paid close attention to F1 in at least two or three seasons as I didn't recognize half the sponsors.

This is spam I think, its been posted on several other motorsport messageboards under the same username.

Id say not

I say leave it, I've written dissertations before. The more surveys you can get completed the better off you are. It's not as if this is some actual market research where they're looking for your household income and where you live and what products you generally buy. If that were the case I'd ask for it out.

spam... just a marketing survey for sport advertising. just because there not selling a product to us doesn't mean there not making money out of us. Adware is also marketing and we all hate that , right ?
