Anybody help me out here please.  Bought a season pass but now they've brought in the new format of multiscreen, asking 39.95 Euros to update, I can't get normal playback or get through to MotoGP.com to ask why, nothing there? Any ideas anyone please.

I got the same deal, works for me - just click the 'old format' button or whatever it's called up in the top right.

Thanks for answers guys. Internet connection is fine, everything else runs OK. Not sure what button you mean, top right?

Do you have any type of Ad blocker on there?


Are you signed in?


Some of your firewalls may need disabling contact motogp.com for details on which.


 


I had this problem but disabling the Ad blocker worked for me.

I couldnt find the button now, but bj is right.  When you are watching the race click on the " view in classic player" or something along those lines.  It is at the tip right of the multiscreen player.

Where's the classic player button ....?


....... sick of this multiscreen crap, video quality jumps from high to 720 every 30 seconds...


Internet speed is fine, no adblock blah blah was fine at 720 before the new player.




EDIT: watching the fp1 replay now and its in the old player. Set to 720p, crack the beer and enjoy.
