Great drama in the air given how everyone has written him off

MM was pragmatic, incidentally proving me right as he clearly has evolved. :p

Ducati - yes... they looked like crap. Watching made my heart sink as I'm a fan of the marque and, I'm hoping this is not foreshadowing for Lorenzo in the coming season.


BTW - did MM run out of fuel?

rosii cant battle ..... hes always scared to battle.

lucky for him he had special tyres ...... ones that grip ..... compared to Lorenzo and Marquez on the non SNS tires.

We will see.. Seems they all have struggled at times this season, and so far, Rossi has struggled just as much, maybe more this season.

Rossi differently hooked up this race.. Seemed like he had everything thing perfect.

Agree that Rossi showed up his critics with such a dominating win...

JLo should be worried....but yes I hope they sort things out as a Ducati fan

So obvious that Yamaha blagged Lorenzo with an fs1e motor lol no seriously, boring race but good win for VR . I think Jorge has made a mistake signing for Ducati so early as they seem to be doing the same as last year!

He apparently had a deadline from Yamaha to decide before the Tuesday after Austin....so before he could really see how Ducati works at Yamaha tracks...
 
Honda (MM) running out of fuel, tat too 22L is very very very rare thing. Not sure what is happening in Jerez...

Probably down to the back tyre doing 50 miles more than the front one, apparently he had a lot of wheelspin !
 
Brilliant ride from vale. Haven't seen a ride from him like that for a long while. Kudos.

Lorenzo and Marquez had nothing to offer him today.

Vinales got aleix. Mission accomplished. Better tracks coming for maverick and the gixxer.

You don't seriously believe that. Everybody was struggling to work the Michelins. Rossi just knew how to put them to good use. I expect this is a one off. Lorenzo will be back to form next race - and MM will beat him again.

When they did the side by side riding style, the commentators (who expressed surprised with the preceeding) mentioned Rossi had significantly more lean angle than Lorenzo, uncharacteristic.

Interesting race.

Last year with Bridge after the same amount of races VR had more points than today. Today 99 couldn't deal with rear overspinning in a very hot temperature as well as 46. If there was an actual Dorna-Michelin conspiracy, Rossi wouldn't have struggled as much as he has in the last three races.
