I liked Lorenzo's pace in practice particularly in FP4 to borrow from a narrative usually associated with fans of a different rider, but Rossi out-qualified him, end of story, which is no bad thing for Valentino surely and for which he deserves all credit. I presume JL had left his best tyre for last anyway, but I guess conceivably there was some interference with his set-up time.
I want Jorge to win, think a Rossi win is more than possible but would tend to put my money on the new MM who it seems is no longer prepared to crash in pursuit of dominating every lap of every session.

Podium will be, barring any crash or mechanical failure from Jorge, Marc and Vale , nobody else is in the ball park atm , looks like the Yamaha will hold up longer on the tyres as well so p1 &2 99 & 46 , hopefully a win for VR to make the championship close up.

Pisser watching them discuss Lorenzo to Ducati and Hodgson looking all indignant at them saying his team mate will be whoever suits Lorenzo taking a title, "they're basically saying Jorge Lorenzo will choose his team mate and not Lorenzo" he stropped. Typical Rossi fan, it's not like Rossi won't get a choice of team mate is it?
