So has Karel Abraham gone to Wsbk?

Also czeching the entry list, looks like Honda's bamboozling to hype up their ........ RS proddy was bad for business.

I heard Karel was in talks to race a Yamaha, but not that anything was finalized. I think I'd give up on the pro bike racing and start using that law degree.

Why? The law degree will be there when he's done with racing. Why not have a crack at Wsbk? He's probably good enough to mid pack. And he can still enjoy the competition. Who in their right mind would give up that opportunity, especially given he had already accomplished a fine education? I say, like Ant West, the lad goes for it until no more opportunities come up. Live the dream as long as he can.

Seriously I like to see Pedrosa to be World Champion 2016.
He honestly deserves it, so I back you up on that:D.

And to end in a patriotic note, I'd also like to see Nicky Hayden win WSBK, to be the first American (and first ever?) to pull a title 'grand-slam'. It'd be nice because at this pace, it'll take a while to see another American win MotoGP. And yes, more than he winning MotoGP because he was the best rider (he was the most consistent), Rossi lost it, but that's racing. And nobody can take the title away from him.

I'd sure as hell give up my day job to be able to race at world level, even in mid pack...

I would too, but only if it was based on my talent, not because my father felt like losing millions of Euros a year.

Talking of which, they have shown their 2016 bike. Not much different on top, under the skin is where the changes are at.

Couldn't agree with you more. For someone who hasn't won any premier class titles he sure rides and acts like someone who deserves a dozen! What an amazing attitude for the sport and his fellow riders. It is a real honour to have him in MotoGp imo.

'Seamless' transmissions should be called for what they really are: AUTOMATIC. Yeah, just like F1, regulations require a clutch to take off, but that's it. I wouldn't call a tranny manual when you only have to use the clutch ONCE:(. But that's the trend everywhere, even in racing. What's next: cruise control and a ball in the middle of the 'tank' to hang on, like on a horse, while the bike and electronics do everything else? Ha ha.
