Out of Nowhere
Classic Moto3. Great race and a superb ride from the nineteen year old Ramirez. As frenetic as it seemed, the pace wasn't that high so spectacular passing and close racing.

In spite of his dirty reputation - and the ludicrous exchange a few years ago with Ajo, I don't regard Fenati as a dirty rider and was encouraged that the incident with Binder wasn't deemed as worthy of any reprimand. He constructively vents his aggression off track instead - (by punching Uccio in the face).

McPhee 25th to 10th lapping at the race pace of the leaders before he went down.

Canet's first of many and great to see Nieto presenting the trophy.

I agree, a great race so much passing and some really great combats (panel beating). Shame John fell.

Only thing I will say is Fenati threw an elbow at Darren Binder before that turn 13 incident. Turn 13 was all Binder's fault...just overly ambitious. Plus Fenati did throw an elbow after the checkered flag at Canet.

But that aside, I would have liked to seen him pull off back-to-back wins. His riding was breathtaking throughout the race. Canet won just by getting it right at the last corner. But I don't think he rode as well as Ramirez and Fenati did. Unfortunately that's Moto 3 for you.

Was disappointed McPhee went down. I've enjoyed watching him, and I'm hoping Jerez was an anomaly. Would be good if comes back strong at Le Mans.

Yeah, Binder should have sat up ceded a few places and mounted another attack. He looked superb on the brakes.

Agreed, there was an elbow, but Canet shut the throttle far too prematurely on crossing the finish line.
