Redding is a different rider this year. Changed his winter training and it's paying off.

Come on guys, where are the plaudits for Scott Redding? First non-Spanish race winner in all Moto? classes this year!  It felt so good to hear 'God Save the Queen' played at the winners ceremony :yahoo:

Good work Scott!  Good race of attrition.  Rabat and Espargaro went down as if they were on a synchronized swim team.

Spain 11, World 1

Well deserved win for Scotty ! Great stuff ! Proud of you my boy !!!!!!!!!

I had to watch it more than once ;)

Just watched it for the 3rd time,

Some may say he was gifted it,

A few did fall from the front.

Tough tiity I say ;)

Hearing the National Anthem was positively awesome!

Go Scotty!

@baturro.

Spain 11  UK1 ;)

Well done Scotty! A couple of things from my limited perspective. He is super young, a fact readily overlooked because he is human size. 2. He has improved massively as would be expected with increase experience. 3. He no longer has to contend against the "inferior" bike of Marc Marquez. 4. He no longer has to compensate for being a detrimentally normal sized Brit given rider bike leveling of playingfield. 5. He has to fight for his place at the table by virtue of results, unlike the Esparagu(s) who are handed it in a platinum platter. 6. Thers ars no rules to bend or dismiss to give Spanish riders advantages, they ran out of dry eraser marker when Marc left. 7. .... his training, tgats ........, he was well fit last year, the difference has been his confidence and mental fortitude...this and a greater attention to tire management.

he seems to be much better at tyre management this year. He was always fast.
