It is absolutely meaningless to get into a discussion with you about any subject or to ask if you have been a marshall, raced, did a track day, or even visited a track. And yes, these things matter given what you've chosen to discuss.

I see you've changed your sig once again, but I had been wondering if 'chocks' meant 'chokes' or 'chucks'.

I imagine a pit bard would look like this:

You're absolutely right, and I'm usually good about not rising to the bait. He won't get tired of it as long as he gets responses, commentary or anything at all that will feed his ego...including what I'm typing now. The first time he starts a thread and gets completely ignored, that will be a triumph.

sheer class there WB. pity its lost on pinko. and i think he must be a luggage handler at an airport, hence the "chocks"?

Couldn't be arsed reading all the thread but doesn't really matter what class of race marshalls assist riders. As far as I'm concerned if the bike is still running and it is roadworthy yes get back on it and finish it. Lets face it he paid the price for crashing by not winning the race. Blah blah whatever........yawn.

I remember Rossi doing a respectable job lifting his 990cc bike in Valencia, '06. I think he got it about halfway up before the marshalls helped him put the bike fully upright.
