Is currently on YouTube. I don't think it is supposed to be but if you're quick you can give it a watch.

I always enjoy these documentaries but to see their reactions to the same footage just makes it that bit better. Thanks for the notice p4p1. That was a great watch.

His chat with Zarco in Phillip Island parc ferme was worth it alone.;):D

This video contains content from Dorna Sports, who has blocked it on copyright grounds.
hahahaha great interview

I have more of an appreciation for 2 favorites after watching that. Could Dovi and Mar be any more opposite? When Dovi said something to the lines of, "I'm losing years off my life racing you(marc)," I laughed so hard at those true words.

I gained appreciation too.

I liked the way the racers were always talking about racing with each other. If they had 10 seconds to talk, it was about racing. No small talk about anything else.

Another interesting thing, it appears it was Dovi's conditioning that let him down in the last race. His arm was worn right out. Maybe that's because how hard it is to ride the Duc, and maybe you can't condition for that. Not sure.

Why is it that none of the things we learned from that documentary had been told us before by journalists?

Watching this now. Backstage at Austin, Marquez, Pedrosa and Rossi all share the race same complaint about the front tyre.

Waitaminute, I thought the super sleuths of Motogpforum had already solved this mystery by concluding that just one rider hated this tyre and it was all a conspiracy to force another 20 to agree with him!

The supersleuths considered a mid season tyre change to be unfair to those prospering with the existing tyre, and Dorna etc have now recognised this and promulgated a rule against any repetition of same if you didn’t notice.

Hard to draw any firm conclusions since there have only ever been two midseason tyre votes, but both have disadvantaged less popular riders.

I have never had any problem with Rossi having any tyre his heart desires, just with the withdrawal mid season of tyres on which a rider or riders legitimately tested and started the season.

(EDIT This ties in with my major gripe with Rossi, in that he expects to be treated and pretty much is treated as if he is still in the middle of his 5 title run, or has just won his 7th/9th title, since when a 9th premier class championship is about to be contested. There is of course absolutely no argument that he is one of the all time greats of the sport, and beats the other greats in terms of longevity/still being at the front end of the field in his late 30s. Venerate him all you like when he retires, you will get no argument from me, but imo his celebrity is now warping the sport to the detriment of younger riders at least one of whom is also a great, and even his own team. The new tyre his wisdom favoured actually helped Marquez and hindered Yamaha).
