He may have one of the most outspoken arrogant mouths in motorsport, but some things have to be said from time to time and love him or hate him Birdy runs a real tight ship, having assembed a great team around him over the years. Monster Mob Ducati and Steve Hislop were imo the best team in the BSB paddock for many years, with considerably less resources than other mega budget squads. Unfortunately at this level, such a small team combined with a lack of factory support will prove telling.
