Yamaha factory rider Mary Spies terminated her long time crew chief Tom Houseworth because he was found eating engine parts. Marys son and manager Ben went on to say that houseworths eating has been out of control since entering GP but he never thought he would get so hungry that he would be chowing on slipper clutches.
There is some disturbing news from Australia as well. Former champ and premature retiree Casey Stoner has been gone missing. There have been numerous reports of a chuppacabra dressed in his wife Adriannas clothes seen around his farm. Some of the superstitious locals are saying that this Chuppacabra has sucked the life out of him
It was in question whether the race would be held this year because Nicky Hayden, Ducatis factory rider is still trying to finish last years race, but it looks like he may cross the finish line just before qualifying session starts.
Dani Pedrosa, fresh out of the courtroom is rejuvenated and ready to race after beating his sexual harassment charge.
His umbrella girl from last years race in Jerez accused him of making several agressive passes at her.

If he comes to GP and tries that .... Im goin to beat the pulp out of him as well"
Jorge Lorenzo still suffering from a bruised ego and is doubtfull for the race. He recieved the bruise after finding out that Marq Marquez had more billboards in Spain then he does.
Current WSBK champ Max Biaggi will be on hand for the Valentino Rossi memorial to be held before the race.
Max says he feels responsible for Rossis suicide after beating him for the WSBK title for the last 3 years
