I had the same thoughts.
Hey GDuc, thanks for the detailed info on camera/photo stuff.
Geonerd, wow, you pictured that up just by looking at a pic, what do you do in real life? (In my best full metal jacket voice: "Are you a foetagrapher?"--some of you will get the joke). Here is the camera I use bro.

Its just a 350 dollar camera. No biggie, I'm a bit lazy to work all the controls. I just got it because it has a 10x zoom for a small point and shoot camera (most all of them only have a 3x). I guess I need to upgrade. Any recommendations? Keep in mind I got a point & shoot because I'm both LAZY & on a budget. So if anybody can think of a camera with the least amount of techy knowledge needed and is within reasonable price (less than $600ish) and of course takes great pics, then let me know.
Anyway, back on topic:
I've mentioned we were in a VIP suite and also Bridgestone hospitality guest. But I didn't mention we got them for a peasant's price. CK, being the resourceful type, and a person who knows people, was able to score both places, and for pennies on the dollar. The suite was in turn 3 and the Bstone hospitality was at the start/finish! We actually only had two tix for the Bridgestone, but CK having experience dealing with this type of business (its a well kept secret that CK is chef to the stars in Hollywierd), and being that these clients are high-maintenance, he's learned how to talk to people and convince them of anything. I don’t know how he did it, but CK got the person in charge of the hospitality to allow us extra guests (about 5 extra) into the area. It was funny too because we ended up making great friends with the lady checking the passes to come in (so she wasn’t a problem, BTW, true story, this lady had a thing for one of our friends), but then there was another lady in charge of having people sign in and rechecked passes (who was more anal). This ..... was giving us a hard time, then the guy in charge comes around the corner and CK sees him, and apparently give him the secret wink, and the man says, "oh its ok, they're with me." Then the dude takes all of our tickets and writes a symbol on them and tells the lady, every time you see this mark, let them in. So all day we come back and get food, booze, and ..... Wow, now I know what its like to be Frosty (who had a full “paid” VIP experience at Indy, of course, he can afford it).
