not sure but if some other rider had stood up like that where stoner did he woulda been furious lol

melandri looked pretty close.

lorenzo down but running about seems ok

hats off to stoner hes flying... hope hes ok for the race tomoz

To say Burgess hasn't pulled all nighters and found solutions is just silly.

Stoner first again.

Of course.

Two thoughts:

Who cares about pole when they are so close?

Is Yamaha the new Honda?

Lorenzo bins it again.

Stoner down...

lorenzo down again, huge highside....

stoner down also huge side too

THATS the Stoner and Lorenzo i know
<

I hope they're ok
<

b/k ffs wow george n casey gonna be hurting big time for the race

rossi grabs 2nd

1st george

3rd casey

That quali was insane

Too bad for Lorenzo and Stoner even though they are bot on the front row they both looked pretty injured.

...nevermind they just showed Stoner walking
<

Lorenzo no news yet.

Lorenzo's gotta be out.
<
He didn't look good at all. You can tell he is in a lot of pain. They took him out of the ambulance and you could see the pain on his face.

Surprisingly, Stoner's high side looked worse and he is okay
<

It's going to be a lonely race for Valentino tomorrow.

Even if they are just sprained around Laguna he will be at a serious disadvantage.

At the end of the BBC coverage they showed JL in the back of an ambulance. It looked like he was sitting up and he didn't look in too much pain...

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (gsfan @ Jul 4 2009, 09:50 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>I am not taking away from Rossi's input whatsoever. JB is the head engineer so even if Rossi came up with a solution, since JB is the head of the department, he gets the credit. After Rossi's big win what did he say? Thankyou to Jeremy because without you blah blah blah....well you get the picture. Take JB out of the Yamaha pit and see what happens. He's the man.
Yes, invariably he does, but as I've pointed out innumerable times, there's a very highly skilled and specialized team behind both Rossi and Burgess - and Vale is always the first to give credit where credit is due. One example was the breakthrough last year at Shanghai when the M1 was adapted to the Bridgestone's and Vale personally thanked Alex Briggs. So maybe remove the other Aussie long term stalwarts, - either Alex Briggs and Brent Stephens, and it would also be highly detrimental.

j-lo and stoner were pushing too hard ,rossi was on a more relaxed way
if they are to race tomorrow the should be more carefull

If he is ok to race his mechanics have there work cut out tonight. jorge has smashed up both his bikes.
