Also heard that Dorna have or will be hiring former NBA director of Marketing Daniel Freiman to take over the media and marketing department.

This should lead to more visibility and a shift in attitude from Dorna regarding keeping everything MotoGP behind there pay wall.

Daniel Freiman confirmed as Dorna head of marketing. Big hire for Dorna. Hopefully, the series doesn't devolve into a China-centric political operation. We'll see.

NBA does a much better job engaging fans with online content. Not sure if Dorna's partners will allow the same. The broadcasters seem to be wary of letting fans access content on youtube.
