My experience with Duke has never been great, their customer service is lousy. I once had to wait nearly three months for a 'special order', a game, plus a DVD. Somebody made a typo on their website and they stuck by their guns and told me basically that I was wrong, ha. The game according to them was to be released on a forthcoming Sunday, when in reality it was readily available in most stores at the time of the offer.
Can't remember how my emails were handled, but my telephone conversations had me nearly pulling my hair out trying to convince them that they were wrong. So, in my experience, don't go by their dates even if they are advertised on their website.
