Check out poor Marco. What must have been going through his mind? Also, Capi is out of the picture because he ran wide. Stoner got a great jump and was out of the picture, literally (but it only lasted a few turns then Dovi took the lead.

Was wandering around the track and just happen to be at the right place at the right time and got a front row seat of the stunt guy.

Ok, I call this one THE ........ (something I'm sure you share with your "friends"). This is a jet engine blowing the water off the track to get it ready for the race. It even blew off some of the fake grass near the end of the straight.

This next one I call THE SUCK JOB. (Again, I'm sure you are familiar). Notice how intrigued the people in the paddock are, I'm assuming Uccio was in the crowd.

Here are a few pics just for you.

Here are a few random pictures of the 250 qual. Since they cancelled the race, I was fortunate to at least see these guys qual in the dry. Man, I love these guys, it would be great to see them at Laguna. These are random shots, but I like the following one because I got up close. The pic came out clear. Not bad for a pocket point and shoot digital camera, eh. (Go ahead an click on pic).

Look where I'm standing on this one. Haha. The people on the other side of the fence were looking at me like, 'yo for a professional photographer, this guy sure has a small camera.' Its amazing what you can get away with when you act like you belong there.

You can tell this guy is a bit baffled. It was actually funny to see the odd look on some of these guys as they passed me.

Can you see Mico's eyes through the dark visor? (click on pic) His look is like, 'WTF is this guy doing on the grass?' Good thing I jumped out of his way. He later went down. I posted pics of his crash earlier on this thread, check it out.

well folks sorry i have not posted my pics yet but i'm working on it. got overwhelmed with work when i got back so i've not had the time to work on my pics. they are huge and i need to shrink them down before i post em. as you have seen jumkie got some great action shots, on track & off, at indy & my shots will be mostly from the paddock. i'm not much of a photographer but i got a couple of good ones................................. stay tuned.
