If Rossi were to leave now...

Would it be Gibernau? ive got a feeling the only reason why Sete has practically creamed the rest of the field last year and at Jerez this year, is because he has been pushed by Rossi.

Im not so sure he would find it easy to win this year if Rossi left now. If he left now(for whatever reason) i think it would make other riders hungrier, and the fight would get even tougher.

I think the only guy the paddock fears is Rossi. Take him away and you've got 8-10 riders thinking 'yeah, i can win this'...

My (sensible)money would be on Melandri.

at present now melandri wound fancy his chances but id go 4 sete, why u ask cus rossi fuked with his head so much that it would b a great load of him, but the question is the same ron can sete finish 2nd from now on in?

There is something about Sete that I can't put my finger on but I don't think he could do it even if Rossi were gone. As for Melandri I've seen him as a bit of a crasher since his debut to the premier class, barring this year. I would say him but he has been far too consistant for the record he has so I'm going to assume he will DNF a few and then we will see where he falls. This season I would say the title contenders barring Rossi would be Barros, Biaggi and Edwards obviously with Sete, Melandri, Tamada, Hayden and others up there but I would pick Barros, Biaggi or Edwards to win it.

I think i would like to think melandri would be there to have a go at winner, but i also think there would be a few riders hu would be up for winning as i think the paddock and rider fear rossi. but wil gibernau get better through out the rest of the season.Also i think rossi has done a really good job this year and is also head by alot of points, (which is really good, i hope he wins with flying colours)
