They also had superb review of the 2004 season but can't find it at the moment I'll put it up when I find it

Cheers

They are great, Toby Hirst and Julian Ryder are very good and knowledgable writers. I'm a journalism major at the university about 45 minutes away from their headquarters and have been trying unsuccessfully for an internship for about a year now.

I wish you luck and success with it. If you ride and are a journalist, the opportunity for a kickass career in the motorcycle industry working for a mag are outstanding. Unfortunately, as much as i love superbikeplanet, they are horrible at stuff like that (replying to people and what not). Ecellent site, though.

Thats gotta be one of the coolest jobs out there apart from working in the GP paddock or being a supermodel photographer

Thanks for the best wishes guys.

General, I have been in contact with Dean Adams a few times and had lined up a feature article with him on the ins and outs of running a team. We had exchanged emails a few times and after a few sample articles he offerred the team article and a list of a couple contacts for the article. I immediately replied with a resounding "YES!" followed by "Name the date you want it and give me the list of contacts and you'll have your story". Needless to say the story was never written because I never received a follow up letter.

Anyways, enough rambling and unintentionally bashing the 'Soup because they run a terriffic site. Hopefully sooner or later I can offer some feature articles in the way Julian Ryder does.

Hey Oost...keep at it. Now that there is a break in some of the racing this season maybe he will have time to answer you. I would try again.

Good luck..and if you make it don't forget your buddies here...

If I make it I'll still be here. Where else will people respond to my blubbering dribbel?

Ooost good luck, perhaps you can practice on us, guess the toughest thing would be writing an article on something you don't agree with likr PR stuff or sumfin

Cheers

Yeah it's a bit hard. I think the hardest thing when writing these sort of things is making sure not to include bias.
