Horhay leaving Ducati

I can't see anything there that says he's gone from Ducati.

Think he is referring to this bit Theo:

MCN’s sources in the MotoGP paddock believe that Ducati rider Jorge Lorenzo has told the Italian firm that he won’t remain with them for the 2019 MotoGP season, opening the door for the five-time world champion to make the switch to Suzuki for next year.

MCN are the daily star of bike media, but where there's smoke, there's fire?

It's a done deal IMO.

He's not going to circle around as a backmarker on a Ducati for another year or two as he wants to challenge for titles. At least we know the Desmosedici is only for those who have a physical riding style.

Perfect for Marc Marquez when he leaves Honda eventually.

You figure he's going to get tired of winning? :p

I've said it before, I think Marquez' intention is to stay with Honda until title #10 (if he gets that far) then he might need a new motivation. My bet was originally for him to go to KTM, but maybe he will want to try and be the only other person so far in history to win on a Duc?

Like 22 said, he wants that 10th title on the Honda.

He'll go elsewhere once mission accomplished. Where better than the Desmosedici? His riding style is perfect for that bike. He'll make it turn unlike anyone since Casey Stoner.

OMG - we'll have a whole different generation of boppers by then. What will we call them?

What about Pedrosa, he has done very well on the Honda, and his light weight would help the Ducati run longer on softer tires.

Not enough strength to muscle the bike midturn to keep it tight.

I recall seeing an interview with Pedrosa and Hayden that he (Pedrosa) didn't think he could ride any other GP bike but the RCV. He thought all the other bikes were too big for him.

Im truly amazed how so many people here say Rossi is underachieving and wasting a factory seat yet turn around and compliment Pedrosa.

To piss off the yellow army clowns & its leader:p

Surely the yellow army will be defunct by the time Marquez considers leaving Honda?...please tell me it will be so...i ....... hate yellow, why couldn't the .... have picked blue or red or something, that sea of yellow always makes me want to puke...come to think of it, yellow is quite apt for someone who's now scared to race.

You mean he might be leaving the team that paid him more than any rider has ever been paid, that openly stated they hired him to win a title, and with whom he hasn't won a single race yet? You mean Ducati may be unhappy with him being beaten by the satellite guys? That's shocking news!

Disclaimer: I'm just kidding

Well you really have to wonder what the Ducati management is thinking as they watch their $12 million swirl down the drain with no ROI. They are probably cringing when they see the satellite machines leaving him in the dust. His performance I think is worse than Rossi's on the Ducati. I thought it was a bad career move on his part when the signing was announced, but he obviously cared more about the money than anything. He has torpedoed his own value as a rider since he can't do anything on that bike regardless of it being physically demanding. For his sake, wherever he ends up he better pray he finds himself challenging for wins again otherwise his career is going to look like a one-hit wonder where he can only rider for one manufacturer.
