why sad? i follow this forum primarily for the ENTERTAINING side. it`s very informative also, but me, i put a smile on and then i log in to PS. i don`t see bleeding noses, fat lips or broken limbs after PS fights.
as for the .... slinging, no smell either. why take serious what another guy is throwing at you? throw back or ignore, the options are entirely at your disposal. after all it`s a great site, (even zoot is back now, krop will be too), the offseason is long and with the lack of riding weather, what better things to do than powersliding? so, put your smiles on and get ready...

Why? My guess would the need for social approval, a bit of personal insecurity, confusing differences of opinion with defamation of character, an obsessive-compulsive need to react and a general willigness to misuse tolerance as a means to curtail debates to one's liking. Add in a few people looking to fight personal vendetta's, the ease with which one can manipulate some things and people on an internet message board and before you know it, having an opinion on a public forum can result in being likend to the Taliban, Mao, Stalin and Mugabe.
Just sayin'.
