I predicted that he would win by at least 100 points. The points lead has pretty much grown every round, its been a consistant upward trend. Rossi may claw back 5 points in a round then Stoner would demoralise him and put 20+ points on rossi in 3 straight rounds.

I think he could reach a record and get close to 350 points for the season!!!

And rossi will prob end up post 250point which would of won the championship 9/10 years... so not bad of a year for Rossi

So whats rossi whining about? Bad tires, bad bike? But he still scores 250 points, maybe he was just out ridden by a superior rider

he needs to beat 367pts Rossi's 2005 total with 11wins.

he'll probably win easy at Sepang even when Bridgestone sucked that was one of their good places.

can't see him winning at Valencia, suits the Yamaha

suited the ducati more last year but my fingers will be crossed.

how many will he win by.. who cares.. Im ready for the offseason to start so hopefully we can see a more competitive 2008 or else as is posted in another thread wsbk will become the motorcycling championship to watch, as of right now the only thing going for motogp is the history of classic battles

... Happy 22nd birthday for today Casey! I reckon you probably have received most of the things you wished for at the start of the year ...

A MotoGP championship as the second youngest rider
the significant contributor to your Ducati Teams title
the significant contributor to Ducati's manufacturers title
a dominating win at the Island in front of a huge crowd
a sexy young aussie wife
an extension to your contract
joining Doohan, Ago, Hailwood and Rossi as the only riders to win more than 8 races in a season (BTW, not bad company you keep)
sticking it up your doubters
a few new supporters (and a few new haters)
the main cause of the series look at rule changes for next year ... and the endless debate that it has created on this forum ...

I think you would have wished to win the title this year by 100+ points .... can't see why that won't happen also!
