What probably prompted me to register is that now I can see some of the .jpg's of the members rides. Aside from that, I've enjoyed reading the forum commentary on the GP series. I enjoy watching all the classes, drama and competition, the good, bad, & ugly.  As a truly addicted fan, I have to accept the tedium with the excitment, the procesionals & paint swapping.

As a Duc owner, I always cheer the Bologna crew, both GP and SBK, but I throughly enjoy watching the development of all the teams, riders, and bikes. I generally favor a less restrictive rulebook/guideline, I enjoy full prototype equipment, and when the rider, the team, and the bike, all excel (at the same time), we have a winner.

 That should do for starters.

Welcome! I live on the Lower East Side by Chinatown. Where are you located?

I meet very few people in NYC who have any awareness of MotoGp or WSBK.

Keshav,

I'm in Queens. I attend a long running (6 years?)Monday night race event (Moto Mondays) in Greenpoint Brooklyn, @ Bar Matchless. The weekend races on big screen, beer and burgers (or salads ). Some nights its packed, some nights not so much, but those who are there are fans, hootin' and hollerin, with a round of applause for the winners.

Its a good time. As this season winds down, we'll revisit some vintage races, highlights, sidecar, IOM, and somehow muddle through till next season.

Street parking for the bikes, 1 or 2 blocks from the "G".

Pigeon and Rocket, thanks for the Welcome. I'm not a real big poster  (18X22 max), but I visit my favorite sites daily.
