I wonder if Mick would've been so ruthless if he were at PI and those invading the track were Aussies?

I think Doohan was the type who would have just twisted the throttle wide open. Winning was all that mattered to him and he would have blocked all of that out. He had to ride through that crowd too and he did not relent one bit.

I tend to think so too. Doohan was an animal. Shame about his crash - would've been amazing to see him race Rossi in 2000.

I think he would easily have been world champion in 1999 if that crash never happens. Whether he would have stuck around or decided to go for 7 straight who knows, but I think him being on the same track as Rossi would have made for some stellar racing. It certainly would not have been a Biaggi type battle. ....... guy was ruthless, probably more so than Rossi.

Jumkie is to blame for calling you out on your trolling when you took the no-troll pledge? The problem isn't your trolling, but those who are calling you out on your trolling?

The only reason you are calling Keshav a troll is because you fuckwits have a gripe with him. .... off you .......... Go back to your forum and leave this place in uncloggef peace.

When intelligence genes were handed out, you certainly were not the recipient of any. Most of us on here know this, you're the only one who's missed out on that.

Come on Barry, bring it you weak ... ..... with your pathetic playground insults. Your insults just fuel me old man because it tells me deep down inside you know you're nothing but a mental midget who can't do anything but whine about Valentino Rossi.

Your posts should come with a disclaimer: "..... Machine's post may cause one's brain cells to commit suicide one at a time."

Well, I am glad Kurryfart and his asslickers proved once again what pathetic bottom feeding piece of ..... they are.

Kudos to all those who contributed actual content. You know who you are.

Yes.

Doohan would have run over his own mother if he had to and on the track was close to the most ruthless that I have seen .......... and yes, that means that if he had to ride you off the track he would.

Doohan was a winner first, second, third and lastly which means no other position is acceptable.

Some would say that were it not for his 1992 accident, by 1999 he would already have had 7 straight

There was a lengthy doco on Doohan back when he retired, they had interviews with his mum. I get your drift about running over his mum ..... but he was kinda attached to her from what I can remember. Lol.

Somebody elses mum .... thats a different question ...... especially if she was on a bike lol.

A fair chance he would have had 6, such was his lead in 1992 that he only lost by 4 points despite missing several races and riding the last two crippled by an injury which had nearly cost him his leg. If the season had been 2 weeks longer he might still have won, he did better in the last race than the 2nd last. 1993 the only fair thing is to assume Rainey would have won anyway, there is no evidence available as to what an uninjured Doohan might have done, not that Rainey didn’t deserve the 1992 title as well, he stayed on his bike and beat everyone who turned up on the grid to race him.

Some good info. Dennis Noyes says that the track Invasion started three laps to the end. He describes people crossing the barriers and already standing on the gravel before the last lap has started. According to him the authorities felt Alex was the rightful winner, but in order for this to happen he would have needed to lodge a complaint, which Honda were unwilling to do because it would be seen as a complaint against another Honda rider. Which really doesn't make sense to me, because that's the same "reasoning" given to Pedrosa, in that if RD was to do something it required a formal complaint against Lorenzo. Who is in charge of these matters then?

If you live in a glass house don't throw rocks.

Perhaps they were using football/soccer rules.

Yeah, I didn't want to put it this way, but agree.

It's crazy to think that race wasn't red flagged TBH. It could've ended so badly.

You should follow your own advice old man and shut the .... up.

Was almost going to say 'stick to what you know' but that would only fill a thimble.

So much for your pleas for civility and non trolling. Like with your buddy Tinfoil Jesus the forum rules are selectively applicable.
